Visitor guidelines as of May 16th 2022:

  • Acute Care:
    • Allowing one visitor at a time
    • All visitors must be screened for illness prior to entering the building
    • All visitors must wear a mask during their entire time they are in the building
    • Nursing staff has the discretion to allow more than one visitor in certain situations.
  • Emergency room:
    • Allowing one visitor at a time
    • All visitors must be screened for illness prior to entering the building
    • All visitors must wear a mask during their entire time they are in the building
    • Visitors will not be allowed in the ER if staff feels that they might disrupt the care and treatment of emergency room patients.
  • Operative waiting room:
    • Allowing one person to accompany a surgical patient
    • All visitors must be screened for illness prior to entering the building
    • All visitors must wear a mask during their entire time they are in the building
  • Outpatient services: (i.e. laboratory and imaging)
    • Allowing one person to accompany a patient to the lab or imaging waiting area
    • All visitors must be screened for illness prior to entering the building
    • All visitors must wear a mask during their entire time they are in the building
